Representing the West: A New Frontier Exhibition

Field Study (W2BC2), 20-1/4" x 30-1/4"

Another one of my Field Study artworks is part of the Representing the West: A New Frontier exhibition at the Sangre de Cristo Arts Center in Pueblo, CO. Unfortunately, this venue is also closed due to the Covid-19, just as all the other exhibition venues are in which I have work. However, they are currently closed through April 19th and the exhibition runs through May 10th. I am hopeful they will be able to re-open and some visitors will still have a chance to see the exhibition.

This national exhibition examines “the changing cultures and myths of the American West.” Nicole M. Crawford, Assistant Director and Chief Curator of the University of Wyoming Art Museum, juried the exhibition with a wide variety of media being represented.
