Art Quilt Elements 2022

Art Quilt Elements 2022 is a biennial international exhibition featuring contemporary fine art quilts. This year marks the 15th iteration of the event. Currently, the artworks are on display at the Wayne Art Center in Wayne, Pennsylvannia. The exhibition continues through April 30th, 2022. This year the jurors were Jane Milosch, Jason Pollen, and Paula Nadelstern. They chose 50 artworks from 780 submissions.

I am very happy to have Leaf Stack #39 included in the show and honored to share the space with so many accomplished artists. I recognize and have followed many of the artists for years. Therefore, it is a thrill to have my work next to theirs.

The opening reception was held on March 27th and many of the artists were in attendance. Unfortunately, I was not one of them. Each artist that was there gave a brief talk about their artwork. The art center recorded the talks and they are available to listen to here. For those that cannot attend, the artworks can be viewed in the online exhibition.
