It’s Time to Dye!

Remember the joy of opening a new box of crayons? Looking at all the colors with their sharp points, wondering which color to pick to put on the page first? Of course, the box of 64 colors was the best! So many choices.

Now, that I am dyeing fabric, 64 choices doesn’t seem like much when I have an infinite amount of possibilities at my fingertips.

The New Color Mixing for Dyers

After a long day of driving, with many s-curves and hairpin turns toward the end, I was relieved to have finally arrived at my destination. I parked on the street and, not seeing any signs, began to wander around the “campus” of architecturally random buildings. Eventually, I saw some young people go into a building. I followed them in, thinking, “Maybe this is where I check-in.”

A glance through the door revealed a climbing wall and what looked like people doing circus training.

Neutral Territory
